Email Encryption Instructions
Security is a major concern for all systems at the Unversity of Michigan-Dearborn, including email. The recommended email client for campus is Mozilla Thunderbird, which is included on the ITS computer image. In order to insure the best possible security for all email clients, ITS is now requiring that the encryption setting be activated. ITS is including the instructions for Mozilla Thunderbird, Mozilla and Outlook. For the settings for any other email client, please contact the ITS Helpdesk at 1-313-593-4357.
