Webmail
UM-Dearborn supports Webmail, an email program that lets you manage your mail and folders from anywhere in the world. Webmail integrates personal planning tools – including a calendar, address book, task list, and memo list. With this package, you can use the Internet from anywhere in the world to access and manage your mail, schedules, contacts and personal information.You can also customize settings for each of the tools.
- Blacklists – blocks incoming mail from designated senders
- Impor external address books
- Create detailed contact cards, with phone numbers, street addresses, and miscellaneous notes
- Keep a personalized calendar for listing appointments, including reminder alarms and repeating events
- Set up a tasks which can be prioritized and displayed on your calendar.
NOTE: It is important to remember that Webmail directly accesses your campus mailbox. Email activity you perform through Webmail will affect your account in the same way that it would on campus.
Accessing Webmail - Using any Internet web browser, go to https://webmail.umd.umich.edu
Logging into Webmail – You will need to enter your University uniqname and the same Dearborn password that you use on campus. The ITS Accounts Office can provide you with more information on how to set up and access your email from home.
