Adobe Acrobat Upgrade
In order to use your travel forms with M-Pathways, you will need to use Adobe Acrobat Reader, version 4. There are several users who have version 3. Adobe Acrobat version 4.05c is available for free on the Adobe website and on the UM-D Banner server. These instructions are for PCs with Windows NT only. Adobe Website
- Using your Internet browser, go to the following website - http://www.adobe.com/
- Click once on the button "Get Acrobat Reader"
- Click once on the link "Get Acrobat Reader free!"
- Follow Steps 1-3. (For platform, choose "Win NT")
- You will be prompted to save the file. Do not change the name.
- Click once on Save. Be sure to note where you save the file.
- Close your Internet browser.
- Find the Adobe Acrobat update file you downloaded, and double-click on it to start the upgrade.
- If you are upgrading from version 3, you may see the following warning in Figure 1. This is merely a warning - you will have no problem with your Acrobat Reader as long as you do not uninstall version 3. Click OK to continue.
- Click Next on the window labeled "Acrobat 4.05 Reader Setup"
- Click Next on the window labeled "Choose Destination Location"
- The upgrade will be installed on your computer.
- When the upgrade is complete, you will see a message box that reads "Thank you for choosing
- Acrobat Reader"
- Click OK to finish..
