ITS supports network connectivity issues for most UM-D schools and departments. ITS also provides first tier hardware support for the departments listed below.

CASL, SOM, CECS, SOE, and Mardigian Library have their own technical support staff, as well as their own unique computer setup. Staff and faculty in those areas should contact their local technical support for assistance. ITS will provide second tier support to technical staff to resolve network or system problems as needed.
