Hardware in Labs

There are approximately 90 computers in the Computing Wing Lab and 45 in the Mardigian Library lab that share a common hardware configuration.

• 1GB PC3200 DDR400 RAM
• 40GB Serial ATA Hard drives
• 19" TFT Flat Panel DVI Monitors
• DVD+/-RW (Light scribe DL/DF) Drives
• Frontside USB drives and Headphone/Microphone jacks
• USB Optical Mice
• Windows XP Professional Operating System
• Floppy drives are available in one row of each lab
• USB Floppy and 250-Zip drives can be borrowed from the Lab Proctor for use through-out the lab

• Same as above, with the exception of:
• 9in1 Memory Reader
• 250 MB Zip Drive
• HP Scanner 5300C and 5400C
• Optical resolutions up to 1200 dpi (9600 enhanced)
• 36 bit color processing

One available in each lab. These easily adjustable computer tables are available for handicap individuals with a computer workstation using the standard lab image.
